Synsam repurchases 50,000 shares in week 30 of 2026

Synsam AB (publ) repurchased a total of 50,000 own shares between July 20 and July 24, 2026, as part of its share buy-back program. The transactions occurred on Nasdaq Stockholm via DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ), with 25,000 shares bought on each of the last two days of the period at weighted average prices of SEK 54.071024 and SEK 54.425216 respectively. This activity is part of a maximum MSEK 200 program announced on May 28, 2026, running from June 1, 2026, to February 26, 2027, aimed at adjusting capital structure by reducing share capital. Following these repurchases, Synsam held 3,688,635 own shares out of 145,313,746 outstanding shares as of July 24, 2026.
