Carte Blanche Partenaires opened the conventioning process for its future optical network on October 1, 2026. The new network will enter into force in January 2027. The company states the process takes an average of 15 minutes, requiring documents such as Kbis extracts, RIBs, and RPPS or ADELi certificates. This step follows the prior referencing of lens manufacturers, private label distributors, and contact lens suppliers. Carte Blanche Partenaires claims to be France's first optical network, citing 12 million potential beneficiaries and 60 partner health insurers. It remains unclear whether the final network will match the current count of 7,900 professionals, a figure that will only be confirmed upon the January 2027 launch.
