Mister Spex shareholders elect Quentin Demeestère to Supervisory Board
Annual General Meeting of Mister Spex SE: Election of new Supervisory Board member is approved
At its virtual Annual General Meeting on June 5, 2025, Mister Spex SE shareholders approved all management proposals with a majority of approximately 95%. The meeting elected Quentin Demeestère, Co-Founder and CEO of French software company Popwork, as a new member of the Supervisory Board. He succeeds Tobias Krauss, who assumed the role of CEO on April 1, 2025. Attendees also reappointed Deloitte GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft as statutory auditor for the 2025 financial year and approved the 2024 remuneration report. Management presented results for the 2024 financial year and updates on the “SpexFocus” transformation program. The meeting recorded a presence of approximately 59% of registered share capital.
