German Federal Transport Minister Supports Brillen-Mosqua Eyewear Donation Drive

German Federal Transport Minister Steffen Bilger is supporting an eyewear donation initiative led by Ludwigsburg-based optical company Brillen-Mosqua. The campaign, founded 14 years ago by optician Markus Stammberger and overseen by Bietigheim-Bissingen Mayor Jürgen Kessing, collects unused glasses for refurbishment and distribution to Africa this year. Donations are accepted at the Myliusstraße location in Ludwigsburg until the end of November. Contributors receive a voucher including biometric eye measurement for each pair submitted.
