Mister Spex appoints Tobias Krauss as CEO effective April 2025

Mister Spex’s Supervisory Board appointed Tobias Krauss as CEO, effective April 1, 2025. Krauss, previously Chairman of the Supervisory Board since July 2024 and CEO of ABACON CAPITAL, succeeds interim CEO Stephan Schulz-Gohritz, who remains CFO. Nicola Brandolese, former Deputy Chairman, will assume the role of Chairman of the Supervisory Board on April 1, 2025. The leadership change aims to continue the "SpexFocus" restructuring program launched in 2024, which targets increased profitability through streamlined costs and optimized product portfolios. Krauss stated his intent to lead the company toward a profitable future by building on existing transformation foundations.
