Mister Spex CFO Stephan Schulz-Gohritz Departs by Mutual Agreement Effective October 31, 2025

Mister Spex SE announced that Chief Financial Officer and Management Board member Stephan Schulz-Gohritz will leave the company by mutual agreement effective October 31, 2025. Schulz-Gohritz joined in January 2024 and assumed ad interim overall responsibility from August 1, 2024, during which he initiated the SpexFocus restructuring program. Supervisory Board Chairman Nicola Brandolese acknowledged his contribution to the company’s transformation toward long-term profitability. The departure does not affect the financial outlook adjusted on June 16, 2025. Mister Spex is scheduled to publish its third-quarter results for fiscal year 2025 on November 13, 2025.
