VANNI marks first year as Società Benefit, plans sustainability report and LCA

VANNI celebrated the one-year anniversary of its status as a benefit corporation (Società Benefit) in 2022. The company reported focusing on environmental impact, employee well-being, and regional cultural sponsorship, including expanding offices in Torino. VANNI announced that its first sustainability report will be distributed in April 2023. For 2023, the firm outlined resolutions to conduct a Life Cycle Assessment of eyewear production with Università Bicocca of Milan, develop a code of ethics, improve packaging sustainability, and invest in internal resources. These initiatives aim to measure environmental impact and support local communities, building on operations across more than 40 countries.
