Meta Rolls Out Conversation Focus Early Access for Smart Glasses in US and Canada

Meta is rolling out the Conversation Focus feature to the Early Access program for its smart glasses in the United States and Canada. Announced at Connect 2025, this accessibility tool amplifies the voice of the person directly in front of the wearer, distinguishing it from omnidirectional hearing aids like Apple's AirPods Pro 2 by using highly directional audio. The feature is available on Ray-Ban Meta and Oakley Meta HSTN models. Users can activate Conversation Focus via the voice command "Hey Meta, start conversation focus" or by assigning it to the long-press action on the side touchpad. This rollout follows more than six years of internal research into perceptual enhancements.
