Synsam AB (publ) repurchased a total of 125,000 own shares between February 9 and February 13, 2026. These transactions are part of a share buy-back program announced on August 21, 2025, with a maximum value of MSEK 160, running from August 25, 2025, to February 27, 2026. The program aims to adjust the company’s capital structure by reducing share capital. All repurchases were executed on Nasdaq Stockholm by DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ). Following these purchases, Synsam holds 5,721,354 own shares out of 147,864,494 outstanding shares.
