Synsam Cancels 2.55 Million Own Shares, Reducing Total to 145.3 Million

Synsam AB (publ) completed the cancellation of 2,550,748 own shares in May 2026, following a resolution by its Annual General Meeting. This action reduced the total number of shares and votes to 145,313,746 as of 29 May 2026. The Nordic optician group disclosed this change pursuant to the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act. Synsam operates approximately 600 stores under brands including Synsam, Synsam Outlet, and Profil Optik in Denmark, with net sales of roughly SEK 7.1 billion for the rolling twelve months ending March 2026.
