Ocuco Integrates SpecCheck Ordering, Payments, and Live Chat into Innovations LMS

Ocuco announced a new integration between its optical lab management system, Innovations, and SpecCheck’s digital ordering platform. The partnership enables labs to receive validated Rx orders directly from SpecCheck users, eliminating manual rekeying. It also incorporates SpecCheck’s Lab Pay for secure digital payments and Live Chat for real-time communication between labs and eye care professionals (ECPs). While order processing is available immediately, the rollout of Lab Pay is scheduled for the coming months in a phased approach. This collaboration aims to provide an end-to-end digital experience, enhancing operational efficiency and connectivity within the optical supply chain.
