PECAA and VSP Vision Announce Marcolin Frame Rebate and Limited-Time Exam Bonus

Professional Eye Care Associates of America (PECAA) and VSP Vision announced two rebate opportunities for PECAA Max members. A new Marcolin frame rebate, effective October 1, 2026, allows members aligning Marcolin with their accounts to earn up to 10 percent on eligible purchases. Additionally, a limited-time exam bonus runs from January through March 2027; members aligning all three VSP eyewear partners—Marcolin, Marchon, and Altair—receive a $3 bonus atop the existing $15 exam rebate per qualifying commercial patient. This bonus ends in April 2027, reverting to the standard up-to-$15 rebate. Since its 2023 inception, the Vision Exam Rebate has provided $128 million to over 4,200 practices.
