Dr. Mirko Caspar has asked to step down as a Co-CEO of Mister Spex SE after twelve years service with the company
Mister Spex SE announced that Co-CEO Dr. Mirko Caspar will leave the Management Board on December 31, 2023, after twelve years of service. During his tenure, he helped grow the company’s omnichannel revenues from €10 million to over €200 million in 2022 and expand its portfolio to more than 130 eyewear brands. Founder and Co-CEO Dirk Graber and CFO Stephan Schulz-Gohritz will assume Caspar’s additional responsibilities following his departure. The announcement highlights Caspar’s role in establishing Mister Spex as a leading digitally driven optician in Germany, with brand awareness exceeding 70% in core markets.
