Rodenstock Group appoints Dr. Mani Herold as CFO effective April 1, 2023

The Rodenstock Group announced that Dr. Mani Herold will join its Executive Management Board as Chief Financial Officer on April 1, 2023. He succeeds Marcus Desimoni in the role and joins from the Pfleiderer Group, where he served as CFO and Labor Director. Herold brings over 25 years of international financial management experience, including tenures at E.ON and Cerdia. CEO Marcus Desimoni stated that Herold’s leadership skills are expected to support the company's future transformational path. This appointment completes the Executive Management Team for the Munich-based ophthalmic lens manufacturer, which employs approximately 5,100 people globally across more than 85 countries.
