Zenni Appoints Erica J. Scott as Chief Commercial Officer and Zoe Richards as Director of Public Relations

Online eyewear retailer Zenni announced the appointment of Erica J. Scott as chief commercial officer, effective September 28, 2026, and Zoe Richards as director of public relations. Scott will lead Zenni’s commercial strategy, bringing over 25 years of experience in global consumer brands, including her recent role as global CMO at Signet Jewelers’ Milestone Brands Division. Co-founder and CEO Julia Zhen stated that Scott’s background is instrumental for expanding reach and strengthening the brand during Zenni's next growth phase. Richards joins from Rothy’s, where she served as director of communications and public relations for nearly seven years, following agency work with brands such as Olay and GANT.
