Max Mara Unveils New Eyewear Collection Inspired by Eileen Gray and Lee Miller

Fashion label Max Mara has announced a new collection of sunglasses and optical frames. The designs draw inspiration from designer Eileen Gray and artist Lee Miller, featuring geometric shapes and clean lines. Frames are crafted from acetate, metal, or combinations of both, retaining the brand's signature "Maxim" rod-shaped detail on bridges or hinges. Color options range from classic black and Havana to red, green, gray, blue, olive, and camel brown, with some models incorporating striped patterns. A notable addition is the "Joey" frame, an evolution of the existing "Elsa" model with more compact proportions, available in both sun and optical variants.
