Synsam repurchases 122,000 shares in week 31 of July 2026

Synsam AB (publ) repurchased a total of 122,000 own shares between July 27 and July 31, 2026. These transactions are part of a share buy-back program announced on May 28, 2026, with a maximum value of MSEK 200, running from June 1, 2026, to February 26, 2027. The program aims to adjust the company’s capital structure by reducing share capital and complies with EU Market Abuse Regulation and Safe Harbour Regulation standards. All repurchases were executed on Nasdaq Stockholm by DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ). Following these purchases, Synsam holds 3,810,635 own shares as of July 31, 2026, out of 145,313,746 outstanding shares. Daily volumes ranged from 22,000 to 25,000 shares, with weighted average prices between SEK 55.72 and SEK 57.13.
