Synsam appoints five-member nomination committee for 2027 annual general meeting

Synsam Group has established the nomination committee for its 2027 annual general meeting. The five-member body comprises Karin Eliasson (appointed by Handelsbanken Fonder), Anna Strömberg (Carnegie Fonder), Lovisa Runge (Fourth Swedish National Pension Fund), Stefan Björkman (Cor Group Oy), and Peter Törnquist, who serves as chairman of the board. Eliasson was designated chairperson among the members. Shareholders may submit proposals to the committee via email until January 11, 2027. The committee’s final proposals will be published in the notice for the 2027 meeting and on the company website. This appointment follows principles based on shareholder voting power as of the last business day in August 2026.
