Hoya Vision Care Appoints Pamela Andrews and Kellie Wesley to North American Leadership Roles

Hoya Vision Care announced two leadership appointments effective October 2026. Pamela Andrews joins as vice president of marketing for Hoya North America, overseeing product management, channel marketing, digital marketing, and brand communications across the U.S. and Canada. She brings over 20 years of vision care experience, including recent interim marketing leadership at Zeiss. Kellie Wesley returns to Hoya as national sales director for ECPs, leading the U.S. sales organization focused on independent eyecare professionals. Her background includes strategic account roles at ABB Optical Group, Euclid Vision, and STAAR Surgical. Steven Haifawi, SVP of U.S. Commercial, cited their industry expertise and customer relationship strengths in supporting these hires.
