COTEC GmbH, a subsidiary of SDC Technologies, introduced DURALON® SPC Neos, a new hydrophobic and oleophobic topcoat designed for optical applications. The coating aims to enhance cleanability, durability, and long-term functional reliability while preserving optical clarity and surface integrity. Engineered for seamless integration into existing production processes using PVD and MLD technologies, it supports consistent manufacturing results without compromising efficiency. This launch expands COTEC’s high-performance portfolio as the company advances PFAS-free coating technologies to meet environmental sustainability goals and regulatory expectations.
