The magazine Capital and research institute Statista released their eleventh annual ranking of preferred retail chains, highlighting the health and beauty sector. In the optician category, Le Collectif des Lunetiers secured the top position with a score of 8.69 out of 10. Jimmy Fairly and Lissac followed with 8.50 each, while Optique Lafayette and Écouter Voir Optique Mutualiste tied at 8.47. The methodology involved surveying 15,000 French consumers who evaluated stores visited over the past three years based on recommendation propensity, staff attentiveness, and expertise. Among 1,600 analyzed chains across 139 sectors, 516 were distinguished. For context, sportswear specialist i-Run achieved the highest overall score of 9.06, whereas the average rating for all awarded chains was 7.86.
