Mister Spex SE Applies for Transfer from Prime Standard to General Standard on Frankfurt Stock Exchange
Mister Spex SE decides to apply for a transfer from the Prime Standard to the General Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange
Mister Spex SE has decided to apply for the transfer of its shares from the Prime Standard to the General Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The Management Board aims to reduce the additional efforts associated with Prime Standard listing obligations. The revocation of admission to the Prime Standard will become effective three months after the publication of the decision by the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's Management Board. Trading on the regulated market under the General Standard remains unaffected. Currently, Mister Spex operates four online shops across Europe and 65 retail stores in Germany, serving over 8 million customers since its founding in 2007.
