Synsam repurchases 114,156 shares in late October 2026

Synsam AB (publ) repurchased a total of 114,156 own shares between October 26 and October 30, 2026. These transactions form part of a share buy-back program announced on May 28, 2026, with a maximum value of MSEK 200, running from June 1, 2026, to February 26, 2027. The program aims to adjust the company’s capital structure by reducing share capital. All repurchases were executed on Nasdaq Stockholm by DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ). Following these purchases, Synsam holds 5,198,365 own shares out of 145,313,746 outstanding shares. Daily weighted average prices ranged from SEK 55.44 to SEK 56.51 during the week.
