Kits Eyecare Co-Founder Joseph Thompson Moves to Advisory Role

Kits Eyecare Ltd. announced that co-founder Joseph Thompson has transitioned from chief operating officer to an advisory role. Chairman and CEO Roger Hardy stated the company now serves over 1.1 million active customers with a $250 million annualized revenue run rate. Lead independent director Nick Bozikis described the move as part of succession planning to shift from founder-led operations to professional leadership. This follows April promotions of Tai Silvey to president and Ibrahim Kamar to CFO. Earlier in October, Kits reported preliminary unaudited Q3 2026 results showing total revenue grew 21.6 percent year-over-year to approximately $63.7 million, while glasses revenue rose 59.3 percent to about $11.3 million.
