The release introduces a new Integrated Solutions Customer Portal accessible directly via MES-360, featuring a knowledge base, AI Assistant, and support agent contact options. It also expands DRL, OEE, and productivity reporting to help identify accuracy trends and performance loss drivers. Operational resilience is improved through simplified job transfers and remote display recovery for E-Ticket operations.
