Synsam repurchases 125,000 shares during October 5–9, 2026

Synsam AB (publ) repurchased a total of 125,000 own shares between October 5 and October 9, 2026. These transactions are part of a share buy-back program announced on May 28, 2026, with a maximum value of MSEK 200, running from June 1, 2026, to February 26, 2027. The purpose is to adjust the company’s capital structure by reducing share capital. All repurchases were executed on Nasdaq Stockholm by DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ). Following these purchases, Synsam holds 4,834,635 own shares as of October 9, 2026. The total number of outstanding shares remains 145,313,746.
