Synsam repurchases 95,000 own shares during August 17–21, 2026

Synsam AB (publ) repurchased a total of 95,000 own shares between August 17 and August 21, 2026. These transactions are part of a share buy-back program announced on May 28, 2026, with a maximum value of MSEK 200, running from June 1, 2026, to February 26, 2027. The repurchases were executed on Nasdaq Stockholm by DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) to adjust the company's capital structure.
