Synsam repurchases 100,000 own shares during week 33 of 2026

Synsam AB (publ) repurchased a total of 100,000 of its own shares between August 10 and August 14, 2026. These transactions were executed on Nasdaq Stockholm by DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB as part of a share buy-back program announced on May 28, 2026. The program, which runs from June 1, 2026, to February 26, 2027, has a maximum value of MSEK 200 and aims to adjust the company’s capital structure by reducing share capital. Daily volumes averaged 20,000 shares with weighted prices ranging from SEK 54.16 to SEK 55.59. Following these purchases, Synsam holds 4,014,635 own shares out of 145,313,746 outstanding shares.
