Tobias Krauss Elected Chairman of Mister Spex SE Supervisory Board

On July 4, 2024, the Supervisory Board of Mister Spex SE unanimously elected Tobias Krauss as its new Chairman. Krauss, who has served on the board since 2020 and holds positions on the Strategy and Audit Committees, is also CEO of Abacon Capital. Nicola Brandolese was simultaneously elected Deputy Chairman; he chairs the Strategy Committee and previously held leadership roles at Luxottica Group and Net-A-Porter. These appointments follow the resignations of Claus-Dietrich Lahrs and Gil Steyaert. The board reaffirmed its commitment to implementing a transformation strategy aimed at increasing profitability for the omnichannel retailer, which reported €223 million in revenue for 2023 and operates over 70 owned stores alongside four European online shops.
