AOV NRW Announces 45th Blick• Conference for November 15 in Dortmund

The Augenoptiker- und Optometristen-Verband NRW (AOV NRW) announced that its annual conference, Blick•2026, will take place on November 15 at the Westfalenhallen Congress Center in Dortmund. This marks the event's 45th edition since its inception in 1979. The program features keynote speakers Ina Brandes and Frank Busemann, alongside presentations by Mirjam Rösch on AI and demographics, and Prof. Dr. Sascha L. Schmidt on e-sports and eye health. Discussions will cover optometry integration, market trends, and new regulations allowing registered opticians to conduct vision tests for professional drivers under updated driving license rules.
