MyEyeDr. Enters Agreement to Acquire EyeCare Partners' Optometry Division

MyEyeDr. has entered into an agreement with EyeCare Partners to acquire its optometry division, which comprises more than 300 offices operating under brands including Clarkson Eyecare, EyeCare Associates, EyeCare Center, Nationwide Vision, and The Eye Doctors. According to a press release from MyEyeDr., the transaction aims to expand patient service capabilities, strengthen its position in optometry, and support long-term investments in doctors and associates through shared best practices across a larger organization. The acquisition is expected to close in Q4 2026, contingent upon receiving required regulatory approvals.
