Uncommon Releases Six Men’s Frames, Expanding XL Fit Selection

ClearVision independent brand Uncommon released six men’s frames on September 23, 2025, in Hauppauge, NY, expanding its XL Fit selection to address demand for larger styles. Four of the new models feature XL Fit sizing. The release includes designs such as the Ashen navigator, Cooper almond shape, Myles retro brow, Oren keyhole bridge, Raen semi-rimless, and Remy acetate frame. Supporting this expansion, a ClearVision survey of over 450 ECPs found that 85% believe men need larger frames, while another survey of over 400 ECPs indicated more than one in three see a specific need for options over size 61.
