Eyedaptic Launches Eva AI Assistant for EYE7 Smart Glasses

Eyedaptic announced the launch of Eva (Eyedaptic Visual Assistant), an agentic AI visual assistant integrated with its EYE7 vision-enhancing smart glasses. Introduced in March, the EYE7 glasses now support Eva via a remote upgrade. The company states that Eva interprets visual environments and user intent through natural language to actively control vision-enhancement features, supporting activities like reading, shopping, and navigation without requiring specific command memorization. It supports communication in up to 99 languages. Eyedaptic positions this tool as aiding greater independence for users by inferring meaning from requests such as "I can't read that" and adjusting the visual experience accordingly.
