Ocuco Appoints Donogh O’Driscoll as CFO and Wins Eighth Best Managed Company Award

Ocuco, a Dublin-based optical software provider, appointed Donogh O’Driscoll as its new Chief Financial Officer. Based in the US office, O’Driscoll will lead financial strategy to support global expansion. Separately, Ocuco was named one of Ireland’s Best Managed Companies for the eighth time, receiving Platinum Requalifying status at an awards ceremony on September 25, 2025. The recognition highlights superior business performance, strategic planning, and governance among indigenous Irish firms. In 2025, Ocuco continued investing in product innovation and applied a responsible AI framework to automate routine tasks. CEO Leo Mac Canna attributed the award to employee discipline and customer focus. The broader program recognized 115 companies with combined turnover exceeding €22 billion.
