Synsam repurchases 55,000 own shares in early January 2026

Synsam AB (publ) repurchased a total of 55,000 of its own shares between December 29, 2025, and January 2, 2026. These transactions are part of a share buy-back program announced on August 21, 2025, with a maximum value of MSEK 160, running until February 27, 2026. The repurchases were executed on Nasdaq Stockholm by DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB to adjust the company’s capital structure. Daily volumes included 20,000 shares on December 29 and 30, and 15,000 shares on January 2, with no activity on New Year's Eve or Day. Following these purchases, Synsam holds 5,061,354 own shares out of 147,864,494 outstanding shares.
