Levitt-Safety Acquires Belco Safety Products to Expand Prescription Eyewear Services in Canada

Levitt-Safety has acquired Belco Safety Products, a Canadian provider of prescription and non-prescription safety eyewear with over 50 years of experience. The acquisition aims to strengthen Levitt-Safety’s optical capabilities while allowing Belco to access broader workplace safety resources. Belco continues operating under its own name with the same team and points of contact, ensuring existing contracts and services remain uninterrupted. Integration will occur gradually, with customers notified in advance of any changes. This move complements Levitt-Safety’s network of 17 locations across Canada, established since 1935, by adding specialized prescription eyewear expertise to its portfolio of safety products, training, and consulting services.
