Synsam AB (publ) repurchased a total of 100,000 own shares between September 7 and September 11, 2026. These transactions are part of a share buy-back program announced on May 28, 2026, with a maximum value of MSEK 200, running from June 1, 2026, to February 26, 2027. The program aims to adjust the company’s capital structure by reducing share capital. All repurchases were executed on Nasdaq Stockholm by DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ).
