J.F. Rey Lab Releases Limited Sakura Eyewear with Robertet Fragrance

J.F. Rey Lab has released Sakura, a limited-edition sunglasses collection inspired by Japanese cherry blossoms. The design combines fine metal structures with 3D-printed acetate elements to create an openwork, flower-like front. Each pair includes category 3 brown gradient polarised lenses with inner anti-reflective coatings and is restricted to 350 numbered pieces. The release features a collaboration with Robertet, the Grasse-based fragrance house, which developed a Cherry Blossom Eau de Toilette for the occasion. This 15 ml fragrance accompanies each set in a presentation box inspired by Japanese aesthetics, along with a custom-made case. The project integrates eyewear technology with olfactory design, positioning the product as a multisensory experience rather than standard optical wear.
