Afflelou appoints Carole Hogommat as Managing Director for Optical and Hearing Sales in France

The Afflelou Group announced the expansion of Carole Hogommat’s responsibilities, naming her Managing Director of Optician and Acousticien sales in France. Previously leading the hearing activity, she now oversees optical commercial operations and joins the executive committee. Hogommat joined Afflelou in 2023 after roles at Sephora and Clarins. She has managed the Alain Afflelou Acousticien brand, which operates nearly 450 audio centers in France. Her new mandate includes accelerating network development, strengthening synergies between optical and hearing sectors, and supporting franchisee and subsidiary performance. This appointment reflects the group’s strategy to integrate its two activities under a common development plan.
