opti and MIDO 2027 Dates Announced for European Optical Trade Shows

Organizers have confirmed the schedules for two major European optical trade shows in early 2027. Germany’s opti will take place from January 29 to 31 at Messe München, featuring a new dedicated area called opti SMART TECH for smart eyewear and connected technology. Italy’s MIDO follows from February 6 to 8 at Fiera Milano Rho, described as a meeting point for the entire eyewear supply chain with over 1,200 exhibitors from 50 countries. The five-day gap between events allows professionals to attend both exhibitions on a single trip. These dates are announced plans; no specific product launches or commercial transactions are reported.
