Charmant France assumes customer service for German opticians

Following the announced closure of Charmant GmbH Europe in Munich by the end of 2026, Charmant Group has specified new operational procedures for the German market. Effective October 1, 2026, Charmant France took over customer service responsibilities for German opticians. This shift addresses general inquiries, spare parts orders, and after-sales support via contact@charmant.eu, with a German-speaking coordinator available to handle requests, including those from customers not previously registered in the French system. The company plans to launch an online ordering platform for eyewear frames in Germany in 2027. However, specific details regarding the exact start date and functional scope of this digital platform remain undisclosed. These changes concretize the previously announced transfer of European customer care operations to France.
