100% Optical announced Frame of Mind, a new destination celebrating independent eyewear design, scheduled to launch when the annual event returns to Excel London from February 27 to March 1, 2027. Organizers state the space is created to connect innovative eyewear designers with independent opticians, practice owners and boutique retailers.
