Charmant France assumes German customer service for opticians

As part of a European business reorganization, Charmant Group transferred its German market customer service to Charmant France (Asnières-sur-Seine) in early October. German opticians can now contact the service via email at contact@charmant.eu for general inquiries, spare parts orders, and after-sales support, with assistance from a German-speaking employee. This new structure also accommodates requests from opticians previously not registered in the French system. Additionally, Charmant is developing an online ordering platform scheduled to allow German opticians to purchase frames directly starting in 2027. The company confirms it remains active in the German optical market under President and CEO Koji Horikawa, maintaining its standards of quality and Japanese craftsmanship.
